I’m happy to share my latest podcast interview with Kathryn Bruni-Young on her excellent podcast, Mindful Strength. I am a subscriber and regular listener, so needless to say I was pretty stoked when Kathryn asked to interview me.
We talk all things strength meets yoga, including how I incorporate strength-building techniques and equipment into my practice and teaching.
