When you’re looking for a way to warm-up the whole body in a short amount of time, this sneaky figure-8 move if for you. Here are some different ways to play with it. Change up the
- direction (forward and reverse)
- stay low through the full arc of the arm’s movement (trunk parallel to the floor).
- or practice it more loosey goosey! Bend and straighten the knees and stand all the way up, as you weave the block through and around
All you need is a block, or any object you can hold onto!
