This science-based, teacher continuing ed. course provides comprehensive theory and practice to reinvigorate your body with a simple tool—portable and affordable resistance bands.
Movement Logic is a collaboration between myself, physical therapist Sarah Court, and Pilates experts Trina Altman and Anula Maiberg.
