The Yoga with Resistance Bands Teacher Training Weekend is a comprehensive course that helps you build more strength in the practice you love. During this weekend, you will learn how to utilize resistance bands in your practice and teaching to improve proprioception and build strength.

Tranform props from things students' grudingly use, to their favorite tools for unlocking their potential in poses. Revitalize your class planning process and go from feeling stuck with either too many ideas—or worse, no ideas—to planning creative, purposeful classes efficiently.
